From 29 to 30 November an event for the Perkins® Electric Power Stage V engine series took place in Perkins headquarters in Peterborough. Together with our customers we got a high-level technical insight into the Stage V Electric Power engine range.
Besides a lot of information on the Stage V engine series, we had a close look into the heart of Perkins® engines manufacturing. An engine walks around allowed us inspecting the engines at close range. We enjoyed networking with engine experts from several European countries in a special atmosphere in the “home of Perkins”.
Perkins® Electric Power engines range is engineered and crafted to reliably provide stable and sustainable power when it is needed. Tested and proven in some of the world’s most remote and demanding environments, the engines are designed to cover the full range of power requirements. Find out more about the engine series here.
Another highlight of the event was the visit of the Imperial War Museum Duxford. An aviation museum which site itself is an exhibition. In each hangar we were able to see iconic aircrafts and historic objects. It is really worth a visit.
Many thanks to our customers, colleagues and of course Perkins for making this event unique.
