As part of a recent data cen­tre project in Italy, CGM sup­plied two con­tin­u­ous pow­er gensets, each rat­ed at 1700 kVA. Pow­ered by a 4012–46TAG3A Perkins engines, equipped with MECCALTE alter­na­tors and ComAp AMF 25 con­trollers, the sets fea­ture an 8,000 litre bel­ly tank – the first in Italy with REI120 fire resis­tance cer­ti­fi­ca­tion using cal­ci­um silicate.
