Bitu­men emul­sion sprayers SH-PREMIUM – pre­mi­um class for everybody

SH PREMIUM is the high­est mod­el of HYDROG emul­sion sprayers. It was cre­at­ed in response to the most demand­ing cus­tomers’ needs. SH PREMIUM sprayers have spe­cif­ic tech­ni­cal capa­bil­i­ties like the largest sprin­kling width and out­put range. This mod­el has been cho­sen by more than 100 cus­tomers so far, includ­ing the world’s biggest road con­struc­tion com­pa­nies. Cur­rent­ly, HYDROG PREMIUM sprayers dom­i­nate the road con­struc­tion indus­try in Poland and are becom­ing more vis­i­ble in many Euro­pean and Asian coun­tries. HYDROG sprayers meet the strict require­ments of investors regard­ing emul­sion dos­ing per square metre and uni­for­mi­ty of emul­sion cov­er­age of the sur­face. HYDROG says its SH PREMIUM sprayers are eco­nom­i­cal, for exam­ple, when heat­ing a full emul­sion tank, the burn­er will use approx­i­mate­ly 10 litres of oil less than in com­peti­tor brands.

Reli­able Perkins pow­er pro­vid­ed by BU Pow­er Systems

The reli­a­bil­i­ty of its machines is HYDROG’s top pri­or­i­ty, which is why the Bitu­men Emul­sion Sprayers are pow­ered by Perkins diesel engines. BU Pow­er Sys­tems sup­plied HYDROG with the Perkins® 403J-E17T engine out­putting 36 kW and the Perkins® 404J-22 deliv­er­ing 18.9 kW for their SH-PREMIUM mod­els. These engines were cho­sen for their opti­mised per­for­mance, robust tech­nol­o­gy, and com­pli­ance with EU Stage V emis­sion stan­dards, mak­ing them the ide­al fit for HYDROG’s com­mit­ment to deliv­er­ing effi­cient and reli­able machinery.

“Using Perkins engines for our Bitu­men emul­sion sprayers was the right deci­sion” says Tomasz Struzik, com­mer­cial direc­tor of Hydrog. “The sol­id Perkins engines work very reli­ably which is very impor­tant for the flaw­less use of our machines.
