BU Pow­er Sys­tems opens new loca­tion in Serbia

BU Pow­er Sys­tems is expand­ing its Euro­pean net­work and open­ing a new loca­tion in Ser­bia. With the estab­lish­ment of BU Pow­er Sys­tems d.o.o. in Bel­grade, the com­pa­ny is strength­en­ing its pres­ence in South-East­ern Europe and fur­ther devel­op­ing its sales and after-sales ser­vice activ­i­ties for Perkins diesel and gas engines. 

As an offi­cial Perkins dis­trib­u­tor, BU Pow­er Sys­tems is respon­si­ble for the dis­tri­b­u­tion and after-sales ser­vice of Perkins engines in numer­ous Euro­pean mar­kets. Until now, the Ser­bian mar­ket had been served via the Sloven­ian sub­sidiary. With the open­ing of its own loca­tion, cus­tomer sup­port will now be pro­vid­ed direct­ly on site. 

Strength­en­ing cus­tomer prox­im­i­ty and ser­vice qual­i­ty 

With its local pres­ence in Ser­bia, BU Pow­er Sys­tems cre­ates the basis for short response times, direct con­tacts and effi­cient tech­ni­cal sup­port. Cus­tomers ben­e­fit from pro­fes­sion­al prod­uct con­sul­tan­cy, com­pre­hen­sive spare parts ser­vices and qual­i­fied ser­vice tech­ni­cians with in-depth exper­tise in diesel and gas engines. 

The Bel­grade loca­tion will assume both sales and ser­vice respon­si­bil­i­ties and is ful­ly inte­grat­ed into the Euro­pean cor­po­rate struc­ture. This ensures that cus­tomers in Ser­bia have access to the entire tech­ni­cal exper­tise, logis­tics com­pe­tence and ser­vice infra­struc­ture of the group. 

Strate­gic expan­sion in South-East­ern Europe 

With the estab­lish­ment of BU Pow­er Sys­tems d.o.o., the com­pa­ny con­sis­tent­ly con­tin­ues its growth strat­e­gy in Europe. The expan­sion of its region­al pres­ence strength­ens its mar­ket posi­tion in South-East­ern Europe and under­lines its com­mit­ment to pro­vid­ing con­sis­tent­ly high ser­vice qual­i­ty across all Euro­pean mar­kets.
