BU Pow­er Sys­tems becomes autho­rized inter­im Perkins dis­trib­u­tor for Azer­bai­jan, Geor­gia and Armenia

The ink is dry­ing under the new con­tract these days. BU Pow­er Sys­tems is now respon­si­ble for the sales and after-sales ser­vice of Perkins diesel and gas engines as well as Perkins marine engines for the tri-bor­der region in the Cau­ca­sus. This is the com­pa­ny’s first ven­ture out of Europe. “We are proud to say that we have seen strong devel­op­ment over the past few years, and now with tak­ing on Azer­bai­jan, Geor­gia and Arme­nia, it is anoth­er mile­stone in the devel­op­ment of our com­pa­ny’s his­to­ry,” expressed Franz Focks, CEO of BU Pow­er Group. “We glad­ly accept the chal­lenge to pro­fes­sion­al­ly sup­port and fur­ther build the Perkins brand in the new markets.”

BU Pow­er Sys­tems has been a Perkins dis­trib­u­tor for over 30 years and con­tin­ues to grow. Today, the com­pa­ny has ser­vice cen­tres, work­shops and ware­hous­es in Ger­many, Italy, Poland, Den­mark, Croa­t­ia, Slove­nia and the Czech Repub­lic. In addi­tion, the com­pa­ny is respon­si­ble for Perkins engine sales and after­mar­ket busi­ness in Bosnia and Herze­gov­ina, Ser­bia, North­ern Mace­do­nia, Mon­tene­gro, Koso­vo, Alba­nia, Mal­ta, Green­land and the Faroe Islands.
